1. Acceptance of Terms

• You are of sound mind and are not registering under the influence of circumstances that would impair your legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

ex777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ex777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact ex777 support immediately.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. ex777 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of inaccurate account information provided by the User, including failure to receive important account notifications.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ex777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ex777 support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ex777 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. In certain circumstances, ex777 may also request proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

5. Deposits & Payments

ex777 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit within your ex777 account.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by ex777. ex777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to and be operated by the registered account holder. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the relevant account reviewed.

ex777 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ex777 accepts no responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network fees determined by the relevant blockchain.

ex777 reserves the right to decline a deposit at its discretion, including where internal risk monitoring systems identify unusual or potentially fraudulent deposit patterns.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified ex777 account holders at any time via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, ex777 may request alternative payment details following completion of enhanced verification checks.

ex777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable KYC or security review. ex777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking partners.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or withheld in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed to ex777's satisfaction.
• The account is under investigation for suspected breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount includes Bonus Balance that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• The withdrawal request is identified as potentially fraudulent by ex777's risk management systems.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ex777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits, which are published at the point of opt-in. These Terms govern all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified. ex777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and the terms are subsequently modified, the original terms at the time of opt-in shall apply.

ex777 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, and systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.

8. Games & Betting Rules

All games available on ex777 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published within the relevant game information panel.

Sports betting markets on ex777 are governed by the individual market rules displayed within the sportsbook. In the event of a technical error during a live casino session or sports betting event — including but not limited to a disconnection, server failure, or data feed interruption — ex777 reserves the right to void affected bets. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

ex777 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games or betting markets for individual accounts where risk management, regulatory, or responsible gaming considerations require it. Such restrictions do not constitute a breach of these Terms by ex777.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ex777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Match-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the ex777 sportsbook.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities — any Player who becomes aware of such an issue must report it to ex777 support immediately. Knowingly exploiting a technical error is prohibited and balances accrued through exploitation may be voided.

• Allowing a third party to access or operate your ex777 account.

10. Responsible Gaming

These tools are accessible from your account dashboard and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion allows a Player to voluntarily block their own access to ex777 for a defined period or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ex777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ex777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their ex777 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ex777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances outside ex777's control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. ex777 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

13. Privacy & Data

ex777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account on ex777, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention. ex777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments

ex777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, ex777 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account before the amended Terms take effect. 15. Governing Law
